I've been a customer for 22 years , and my contract is up at the end of October , my wife called recently and she was offered 25gb , unlimited calls and texts and free roaming in EU for £11 / month , I was told to call back when I have less than 30 days left   I called this week and was told the best they could do is £18 and no roaming  ,  not much of a incentive to stay with EE after being a customer for so long , who has never missed a payment, I know I will get a reply to say call us on 260 to discuss it ,but that's what I did and wasn't impressed with what they offered .

I know how important it is to get the best offer possible, especially after you have been a customer for so long.

Our offers are always subject to change so it is possible that the offer your wife got was only for a limited time.

It is worth speaking to the team again once the contract ends to see if there is anything else available for you.
