How do i claim my free ear buds

Hi there bought the new s25 x2 where do I claim my free ear buds please.thanks

Welcome to the EE Community

The free Galaxy Buds3 will be claimed by a link sent out via text. If your order was placed before 31st Jan this link should be received within 28 days of receiving the phone. If the order was placed on or after 31st Jan the text should be received within 45 days of receiving the device.

Once that text is received just follow the link to claim your free Buds3. Hope you are enjoying the new phone and enjoy the Buds once you are able to claim them.
