Hi I ordered the Motorola edge 50 pro and can claim some earbuds and tagz but can't find a receipt anywhere on app and there was no receipt in box to claim them can you help please

If you require proof of purchase as part of a claim for a free gift, provided the device came direct from us we can usually get this sent out to you via email.
