Hi,
I am unable to get my password reset on my EE Perks account. Are you able to help me reset it? The password reset is not coming into my work email/junk/spam.

When did you register for a perk account?
Did you use the work email to register?

Hi Leanne,
I registered quite a while ago but I have just moved to EE today so I was looking to gain access. I did use my work email address, it must still be active as when I try and create a perks account it states the email is already in use.
