EE Not honouring Offer

Digging up a 6-month old thread, but I'm having the same issue via the EE website customer portal.

I get shown an 'offers page' when I log in where one offer is the iPhone Pro Max with 125gb data for £47.09 per month ('usually £63.09 per month') but when I click through to the next page ('View this offer') the price is £63.09 per month and does not get any reduction or discount throughout the checkout process. 

Tried the Facebook support team, they couldn't figure it out... been on the phone to sales support (150) and they can't figure it out either... annoying!

The second image is removed becase it contained your name and number. Discounts are normally shown on the sales page but the offer says increases 31 march or is this your old thread.
