I have an EE Perk, however as registered over 2 years ago, the account needs to re validate. Go to do this, but states the email address is already in use. Can’t register new as the email account is already in use. So unable to re validate or register new. How do I get around this?

Have you been able to try to reset the password from the Perk Portal?
