HI, I have a ROAMING EU add-on, which I want to cancel. I thought this would cancel automatically, but I've realised I been paying for it since I last used it back in April. I am a PAYG customer.

To cancel the Roam Abroad Pass, text STOP ROAMING PASS to 150.

@erei_69 : There are no recurring roaming add-ons for PAYG. They are all for a fixed period, 1 or 7 days & have to be explicitly renewed. You sure you are not on contract?

Hi, maybe I have Sim only contract, maybe that would make more sense! Can I cancel the ROAMING EU on SIM only contract. TIA
