Hi, can someone please help me reactively account. Iv tried changing the password, but it says my account has been deactivated and I'm unable to sort it.

Which account has been deactivated, @Angelmouse30? Is it your My EE account or a EE Perk account? If you give us a little more information, we'll be able to help some more.
