Hello, I'm trying to login to my EE Perks account to renew my contract but I've got this error: 

ACCOUNT DEACTIVATED

Your account has been deactivated as your registration was not completed within the allowed time frame.

How do I get this fixed?

My contract is expiring soon and I need to access the portal for the code.

Unfortunately I didn’t receive much help at all over the phone for this.
