Question about prepaid MasterCard

Hi,

Can anyone advice on the process of how you receive the prepaid MasterCard reward?

I received the text with the claim link yesterday and filled out the form, but I accidentally put my old address in the form (which is also the address on my account, I only recently moved and forgot to update my address).

After you've claimed, does the card get sent to you digitally or is it posted to you? If it's digital then I'm fine, but if it's posted I need to get in touch with the new tenants of my old house!

You should receive a digital pre-paid card by email within 48 hours of filling in the form that you mentioned.
