Ps5 bundle

I want to add this bundle to my plan I have spoken to someone and they said I am eligible to get this. But when I want to add it I cant the bundle disappears.

@Tinks17  At a guess it could be EE are not prepared to give your credit for that amount.  You have a limit that EE will allow to go up to this could be pushing you over that limit.  This is purely a guess through.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I'm gunna have to ring them because I was on the ee chat and they said I was eligible. Thanks for your response 👍

i went to my local ee store down the moors shopping centre in sheffield yesterday and was told because i was a customer of more than 3 months(well over a year or more) and i could get a brand new ps5 for only £10.00p per month(all of ee have my full sim only contract details)i really would like a brand new ps5 for only £10.00p per month,i really shouldn't have to pay for another contract to get the ps5 from ee
