Any suggestions on what I can do as EE cancelled my upgrade for the new Pixel 7 Pro, made within the correct dates to claim the free watch - only to reissue it out of the correct dates to make a claim.
When I called to sort out the mistake after my phone not turning up they said no problem it won't affect your claim but now I can't claim.
I'm properly annoyed!!!

@DonHoolio You’ll have to argue this with EE. At present your order dates are no good and that’s what it’s based on.
