Just received a s22+ how do you get the £300 pre paid card ?

So 4th call to 150. This guy knew about the offer (progress!).but he tried to give me the 5412 number again. Explained that was PureCard to him and that they've said I need the code / link from EE. He thought it might be because I ported my number in but thought that would be a stupid error because most people would do that. He read through all the Ts&Cs and the guidance he has says to call the number.  So went to  try that again. And to try giving them my original EE number to see if that helps... Though was advised to make a complaint to them / ask to speak to a manager etc. if they tried sending me back to EE.

All the EE staff have been polite and friendly but not been able to help. But being blunt. advising me to make a complaint to the third party isn't overly helpful. My contract is with EE.

Also, the third party.. https://eerewardcard.purecard.com/help/contact phone lines are meant to be open till 6pm M-Fri. They've closed them down when I tried to call them at 17:45.

Nope I'm still waiting rang purecard they said I needed a VOL number for
the card to be issued and to ring 150 to get this. Rang 150 they didn't
know what a VOL number was and said that my details hadn't been sent yet
but should be overnight. If I haven't heard by next week to call again!!!

I don't know how EE can offer a gift but then not know what the heck they
have to do to process the damn thing.

Hi @Steve255807,

You have up to three months to claim your card, you just need to make your purchase before 24 November to be eligible.

You'll receive your claims text automatically, 15-30 days after receiving your phone.

I have purchased a Samsung s22 plus with the £300 offer as an upgrade.

After reading many reviews I am abit worried I have extra charges on my contract for December's bill but told this would not affect me getting the card but now after reading I am being told it does?

Its shop online like you would using a real card after you have followed the link when you get it from 15 days after contract started. From teh FAQ it says you follow link to redeem and create an account. Once they are satisfied the security details you will be given the long card number, expiry date and the security number on the back.

You can then place orders online  and from the FAQ I believe thats the only way you can use it as it cannot be added to google or apple pay.

Having extra charges on your bill won't affect your eligibility and long as your bill is paid on time.

I upgraded on 3rd November and still haven't received a txt message. How long is this going to take I was told 15 days from upgrading.

Hi no I still haven't received anything, however I rang the card number
today and they said they had a list of numbers who took contracts out on
31st October and they are working on them today and sending the links out
today
