Just received a s22+ how do you get the £300 pre paid card ?

Very clever EE.. you have 14 days to cancel for phone but you can't claim the card until 15th day lol....Very clever

I've upgraded today and been told I qualify, but don't know how to claim! Also, am seeing that the 14 day cancellation period counts, but that the offer 'expires' on the 24th November - surely I won't have enough time to claim if I have to wait until day 15?!?

Hi, I upgraded my contract for £100 in store on 28th October, the day the offer began. I've been waiting for the text and messaged support. They told me to wait until the 15th day and we've passed that now, so I called tonight to ask again to be told I now don't qualify and won't be receiving? All because I didn't pay a £70 upfront cost? I've read through all the terms and conditions and checked the website for current deals and nowhere does it say I needed to spend that much? I'll be visiting the store at the weekend to advise they have missold me. Very disappointed to say the least. Hope this doesn't happen to you all!

I've had alot of issues too with regards to my £300 card after I have been
told since upgrading on 31st October that I qualified and then speaking to
some jerk on the phone yesterday telling me I didn't because I was in
arrears!!! No I'm not and that had been confirmed by 11 people last week
and so I had a massive fight on my hands yesterday but finally rang through
to someone different last night and it has been sorted. So If I were you I
would ring again. I have the card support number if you would like it

Have spoken to 3 different people at EE 150.

1. I didn't know we had that offer.

2. You can only claim the buds or the £300 prepaid card

3. I wish I knew about that offer.

All of the EE reps have been very nice on the phone but apparently don't know the products that they are currently selling. literally in big bold letters on their main website. I thought vodafone was bad.

Finally called the number above for Purecard (0331 630 5412). They can't send the card till EE tells them who gets it. And you need the claim code from EE in order to claim, which will be sent via text between 14th Nov and 24th Nov.  The offer ends on 24th Nov. So presumably if you don't get to 15 days before 24th Nov, you don't get. The offer is very much live on their website now. So ..... miss selling???

I'm sure someone will reply saying call 150... again.
