Pre paid card

Hi there,

I joined EE on 20/11 due to my old service providers service being useless where I live. I picked the Google 7 pro with the £300 pre paid MasterCard. I ported my number over and I'm just wondering if the message I will receive to claim the pre paid card will goto the number first given to me with my EE SIM or to my ported number.

Your redemption text will go to the number you transferred to EE.

Redemption texts are sent 15-30 days after receiving your phone. If you don't receive it within these timescales, please get in touch with Customer Care.
