£300 mastercard offer

I upgraded my phone to get the £300 Mastercard offer. I got the original text put my details in. I am way past the point of 15days and still nothing. I try calling one number which states open until 6, but when I ring at 5.15 they say we are now closed. What is that about. I tried another number and they said the department you need is open 9-5 mon-fri. Emailed twice and nothing I work full time how am I meant to get anywhere. Its a complete joke

Yeh got original text, no email in any folder. I have today received an email with a new code but when I try log in it asks for a long card number which I don't know have

Still chasing the £300, it is getting beyond a joke.

I've been promised the 13th of December, I'm sorry to say i'm getting sick of the lies and excuses.

I've got 4 mobile phone contracts and 3 watch contracts and I pay EE over £280 a month every month and getting no where over a £300 promised payment when I upgraded 1 of the 4 phones.

I've had 4 or 5 contracts with EE for over 10+ years 

If this continues I'll move all contracts over to another company And EE will lose the out on.

I need to solid confirmation that this issue is sorted ASAP.
