Please Help!!

I have been chasing my pre-paid mastercard link for over 2 weeks now. (I took out the contract on 30th October and was told that I should receive it after 14 days) I have spoken to EE customer services 6 times, EE perks 4 times, sent 4 emails to EE rewards and lodged 3 complaints.  I am not getting anywhere and just keep getting passed from pillar to post and my emails are being ignored. 

Short of going to Watchdog  and trading standards what else can I do?  Why is no-one coming back to me or taking responsibility for this?

Have you received a text message with a link to the terms and conditions at all? 

This would have been sent to the lead number on the account.

No I made numerous complaints and spoke to someone on Monday who assured me I would get it. Apparently it was because it was a new contract and I was swapping my number over, even though the pac number was requested from the sales assistant. I'm still waiting for it...I don't understand why it takes so long to send a link!

Same issue here, no one is responding or giving me answers to why we haven't received it.

On the 19th of November was a pixel 7 and pixel 7 pro and not heard anything at all
