Pixel 6 pro Chromebook offer

I'm trying to get this offer , however after 2 weeks and submitting info. Still not heard anything . And no Chromebook . Very frustrating. Can anyone help please

This promotion is by the manufacturer, they will have a contact email in there terms and conditions on the promotion website. It will likely say it could be 30-60 days and subject to stock.
