Pixel 6 Pro & Asus Chromebook

I've just ordered a new Pixel (being delivered tomorrow) and part of the deal was being able to claim an Asus Chromebook.

I was just looking through the terms & conditions & I can't see any reference with how to go about claiming the chromebook. Is it a case of waiting for them to contact me or do I have to 'redeem' it through the Google / Asus website?

Any guidance would be very much appreciated.

Cheers!

Hi - I ordered this phone today due to the promotion of getting the ASUS chromebook with it. When I go to the link you provided above (v helpful, thanks!!) - it says I have to claim before the 12th of september but I must also wait 14 days after purchasing. If I wait 14 days I won't be within the claim period. Do you know if I  can I go ahead and claim this anyway?

@cgallagher7690 : No, you are misreading it. It is not saying you must claim before 12 Sept.; it is saying you must have bought the phone before 12 Sept.

Hi again!  Well, it's not quite resolved - the promotion company are now asking me for proof of purchase - I sent them a copy of my order email which contained all the info they requested:

Phone model - Google Pixel Pro 6
Retailer name- EE
Purchase date- 18th August 2022Your proof of purchase should also show that you bought your Pixel 6 or 6 Pro on a contract with a mobile network operator - Upgrade (Essentials Unlimited Plan)

Yet they're asking me for a VAT receipt or the delivery note - I binned the delivery note as didn't need to return it and I shred anything like that.  There is no VAT receipt as I didn't pay any money for it as it was a free upgrade.  So I've just resent my order email and insisted they accept it.  Quite painful really, I would think that EE customers would not have this trouble with an affiliate company like this.  Anyone else having issues?
