Pixel 10 earbuds

Hello I just upgraded to the pixel 10 and was told by the chap on the phone that I am entitled to free earbuds, however there is no advice or literature to say how to claim it.

I've found an offer that has recently finished where you can claim a pair of Pixel Buds 2a when ordering a new Pixel 10, or claim a Pixel Watch 3 when ordering a Pixel 10 Pro, 10 Pro XL or 10 Pro Fold.

This offer was available for an orders placed between 10th December 2025 and 7th January 2026.

When did you buy your pixel 10 as this offer may still apply but you'll need to apply. As @XRaySpeX only the pixel 9a comes with buds

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
