Personal & business account means I can't order anything on personal

For a while now I have been wanting to get the air pods pro 2 on the pay monthly offer on my personal account. Unfortunately, a few years ago both my personal and small business account were merged. 

Now whenever I try and do anything with my personal account it takes me straight to my business account page, it wont even let me click on the link for the airpods when I search for them.

I have even tried amending the tag on the address to force it to go to my personal page as well as using different browsers that i've never logged in on before, and it just wont let me do it!

Any ideas as what I can do to get this sorted, ideally seperating the business and personal accounts would be great as every month when I try and pay my personal account bill i can't get to the bill for my personal account as it keeps taking me to pay my business bill which is on DD!

@danrobertdson   Have you spoken to customer services about this ?   You’ll need to use 2 different email addresses for each account. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
