Perks verification

Hi,

I have submitted my ID for my perks account but am still waiting for the ID to be verified.

This was submitted last week.

I'm waiting to upgrade and take out 2 sim only plans and its dragging on now.

Any help available?

Once again I'm waiting for documents to be checked. Taking far to long as usual. Abit of speed wouldn't go amiss.

I'm honestly getting ready to take out new contracts with someone else instead and not renew mine when it expires.

I was with orange then EE and don't feel valued at all.

You've had a copy of my Veterans ID and a pensions letter and still not got anywhere.

Once the Perk team review your documents, they'll email you again. 

Thank you for your patience so far, hopefully it's done soon.

Used my Certificate of Service as recommended and had this reply just now:

Hi Scott,

Thanks for sending in your ID card, the company details you provided aren’t part of the EE Perk scheme.

Signing up to the scheme is usually managed by your HR or benefits team, so please try getting in touch with them.

So no joy using those either. I didn't send my Veterans ID card because of this thread. So does this mean that EE Perk is no longer available to us Military Vets?

It’s ridiculous, they keep changing what’s required.

I’m still waiting for my pensions letter to be checked, no reply since last week!!!!

It’s getting to the point of not wanting to be with EE anymore. I know I can get the contracts cheaper elsewhere but have stayed loyal to EE to no benefit it seems 

@Evans2021 totally concur, I'm in the same boat as last time I used the Blue Light discount but even that now is only for new customers. I've also been with EE for a considerable amount of time as I have an O2 business line on the same phone and the signal is nowhere near as good. I like to have both available but its getting to the point where I would consider leaving. 
I do have @Christopher_G helping me though which is very much appreciated.

Hopefully he will be able to get some sort of answer either way.

its just a shame it takes this much hassle to get it sorted. 

I also saw the blue light offer and was extremely disappointed it was only for new customers, what about your loyal existing customers EE???

I commend your confidence and support for the Perks team.

However, the system should not say 'We endeavour to do this within 48 hours.' and then leave people waiting for nearly a week. If they are busy then the system needs updating to say a longer duration so customers are not sat waiting and then complaining after it takes well over 48 hours.

As you can probably tell, I'm still waiting for mine to be checked!!! Longest 48 hours in history!

Why am I not surprised that another 5 days has passed and I've still not had a reply! 😠

ANyone else want to give me one of their codes for 20% off or is it time to call time on my EE contract and go to elsewhere 🤔

Still nothing for me either since they rejected my Contract of Service.
