Perks verification

Hi,

I have submitted my ID for my perks account but am still waiting for the ID to be verified.

This was submitted last week.

I'm waiting to upgrade and take out 2 sim only plans and its dragging on now.

Any help available?

Any joy for you yet?

I'm still trying after the rejected my Cert of Service as "the names don't match" which is rubbish!

Been waiting for weeks for a response to stuff I sent in, I’m kind of giving up on them now to be honest!

yeah I had that message previously and the names are exactly the same.

seems like they don’t want to give it out anymore

@Evans2021 Just thought I'd let you know that after another attempt and with the help of the community guys, my Cert of Service has been accepted and I'm now on the Perks.

Hope you get yours sorted too.
