Perks code not working

Hi, I've been trying to use my perk code on my upgrade but it's not working.

I've generated new codes and these don't work. I've also tried different upgrade options and still the code is not working

What happens when you try to use the code? Are you given any error messages?

The error message I'm given says

Coupon is not applied due to invalid coupon code provided.

I've tried generating new codes but get the se message

The plans you are selecting do they have any discounts already applied?

This can be checked on the check out page.

I've tried all different plans and different phones, I get the same message each time

Hey how do I link my account by joining the community I am made posts, but when trying to use the EE shop I still get asked to finish set up?

Hi,

I still had the same issue but actually when I went back into the different price plans they now all had the 20% off already added so worked out in the end.
