Hello, I have requested a password reset for perks but I haven’t received an email. It’s not in my junk either.

How long ago did you request the password reset email? 

Just to check, are you using the same email address you registered with for EE Perks?

Hi Leanne,

I requested it last night. I’ve requested it twice. I requested it via my personal email address.
I did this before and it was fine.

Is this is email address you have registered for the account or did you originally register with the work email? 

If you used a work email, do you still have access to this email account?
