Perk login not working

I have tried logging in to my nhs perk but it will not accept my password. I try a reset, it says link sent but i never received one. Been told by messenger 12 hours then 24 and now 48. think i might firget about upgrading and change provider

Are you using the work or personal email address to log in? 

Have you checked your junk/spam folder?

At home so trying personal email. Not in work for 3 weeks. Have checked all email folders. Not received a ling to reset.

It's usually your work email that is used for login. Please can you try requesting a new password with that?

Not in work for next 3 weeks so unable to. May just cancel with eenand go elsewhere

It isn't possible to regain access to your Perk account without access to your verified email address.
