Dear all,

Is there a way I can find out old codes that have been generated through my Perk account?

I have been made aware that the code that I thought had been added to my account have never been added, and customer services have asked me to find the codes that I generated and gave to someone in store. This code will now be nearly two years old. 

I was also advised to contact HR for further support but unfortunately they were unable to help me with the request.

Thanks for coming to the community. 

Can you access the EE Perk account? If so, do you have any history showing when you log in? 

Did you apply the discount code online, over the phone or in store?
