I signed up to EE perks using my work email address. Whenever I try to log in though, it won't recognise my login details. I've tried the forgotten password link with both my personal and work email addresses but haven't received a password reset link (not even in the junk folder). I've tried signing up again, but it won't let me because I already have an account. Any ideas?
