We’ve just tried to log into my partners Perk Portal and for some reason it’s been deactivated, can you please tell us how we reactivate it, as he still works for the organisation so shouldn’t have been deactivated?

Perk accounts are deactivated if you don't verify your email address within 30 days of registration.
