Hi,
I registered for EE perks a little while ago and have since got my contract arranged.
I have tried to apply the perk by logging in but I get a message that says because of the time delay my account has been disabled.
can anyone assist with getting this sorted so I can log into my perks account and apply my discount code

Hello I am having the same issue, I registered and it just says by account is deactivated as it wasn't completed in the required timeframe.
