Ordered full works sim only

• Do I have to wait for my sim card to arrive and be activate to login for tnt sports exclusive addon, it says its active but no instructions on what to do next, I have hbo max basic with ads through sky, both are using the same email, will the tnt sports just get added to my hbo max through sky? Im rather confused.  Thanks

With TNT Sports on HBO Max, normally you would need to wait until your SIM is active, as it uses your mobile connection to verify that the product is active during setup.

You can find more details on what you need to do on our help page here. 

As for linking to an existing account - if this were just active with HBO it would likely be fine, but as it's via Sky this may cause some issues as the account management will be through them. 

It's worth a try, but you may need a separate login.

During the setup will I be prompted to make a new account as my email for sky is the same email for my ee account? Will i be able to use a different email to make a new HBO Max account? Thanks

@Beccalow36 Once your number is up and running, you just need to head over to https://www.ee.co.uk/TNTSports in order to activate the subscription.

You'll need your EE number active so we can send a PIN as part of the activation.

Here it will ask if you want to set this up with a new or existing account, so if you're worried about losing the Sky subscription you could create a totally new account for the Sport content.
