Nreal Air glasse

Hi. I am interested in buying g a pair of nreal air glasses outright as I am not an ee customer. After several visits and call to the Canterbury branch and customer services I am still not longer along the line. Customer service is telling me I can order from any store and have them delivered to that store, yet the store is telling me this is something they don't and will never do, and I will need to go to a store that stocks them.

@Shotaway   alas it seems a common issue, however you could try one of the store in the following letter.Nreal.jpeg

None of them are local to me, and as I am being told by customer service that I can order from ANY store and have them delivered to that store I personally feel the Canterbury branch are taking liberties with ee polices. And as ee are the only licensed seller of the product in the UK, the manufacturer should look in to why they are not getting as many sales as demand requires.  Frustrated beyond belief...

If you're able to get back to your local store, please mention that they can place an order via their Sales Plus system if they don't stock themselves.

@Mustrum  : That list of stores that are supposed to stock them isn't much use to most peeps. You should be able to go to any store to order them following my advice to OP above.

Myself and @XRaySpeX Were just commenting on a similar post about the exact same product, someone else having issues trying to obtain these through EE.

I don't understand...... are these only available through EE or something?

Surely it's just better to go and buy them outright from a brick & mortar store/online than it is to go through the bother of getting a mobile phone network account just to buy them?

I can only assume there's stock issues or some other reason why people are coming here for them.

@WS1995 : I understand that EE is the only UK distributor of these glasses.

Interesting. Not heard of a mobile phone network being the only approved distributor of a product that isn't directly related to the phones.

Reminds me of when the iPhone was first released, and the only network it was available on in the UK was O2.... and as a result they charged sky high prices.

There is not an issue with supply as far as I am aware, as you can pick them up on amazon for around a grand, which Is over 3 time retail price. The issue seems to be educational as it seem no store knows that the product exists, let alone company policy on ordering them in for non ee customers. Normally companies are begging to take our money. With ee being the only UK distributor, you would have thought they would have handled it better...

You say that.

To be honest, I'd be questioning the manufacturer of said item for choosing to only distribute it to EE for sale to customers....
