Recently upgraded but although showing active on my account I have not received a text to activate TNT !?

Welcome to the EE Community
Just visit Activate TNT Sports and follow the steps to activate your subscription .
It will ask you to create a Discovery+ account- you'll need this to watch the TNT sports through.
Once you have done that, simply download the Discovery+ app and log in.
