Free Apple tv link not recieved

Hi there, I signed up for the free Apple TV and I've never received anything regarding this. After looking into this, I was meant to recieve activation link, however I can't find anywhere to request this to be re-sent. 

I've also tried calling 150 but getting no where with the automated system and I can't seem to talk to anyone and it's becoming frustrating. 

Anyone know how I can get this resent or how I can actually speak to someone?

@Emmchu  when you call customer support press option two not option one at the start. Then press the option that’s closest to your issue

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi Chris. Thanks for replying! I've tried this, it doesn't fit anything but even when I've been through various options, I still can't seem to even get put in a queue, it's all dead ends or I just recieve texts.

I've requested a call back from technical support now. Hopefully I might get somewhere 😅

Surprised they don't have an option to re-request this link. Must happen all the time!

I finally spoke to someone and they resent the link and it still doesn't work.

It comes up with an error saying 'cannot find subscription' anyone know how to fix this please?

If you log into the EE app and go to your add-ons do you have Apple TV+ showing? 

How long ago did you sign up for the offer?

Yeah the apple tv+ is showing in my add-ons.

I signed up to it at the end of July, but I as I hadn't received anything, I didn't sign up to it.

Hi Leanne 

I did just try this in another browser and it did come up with the offer and let me then log into the apple account but then it says the offer is not available in my region and country. I can confirm I live in the UK.

Have you come across this before?

Are you using a VPN? 

If not, can you try logging out of your Apple account and back in again does this work for you?
