Not getting a password reset on EE perks

I'm coming upto my upgrade time and I was trying to get onto my EE perks but I've forgotten my password, I've tried to get the reset email multiple times and nothing comes through to my inbox or spam folders.

Any idea what I can do?

Welcome to the community.

Have you tried resetting the password with both your work email address and your personal one?

Hi Chris, I've only tried my personal email address as I no longer work for the military and I can't register again as a veteran because it days I have already registered for perks.
