Not getting EE perk reset link

Just been into the shop to pick up my upgrade. But can’t use my discount as can’t login and and not receiving the reset password link. Checked all folders and nothing is coming up. I am putting in the email address it’s asking to send to and nothing. And can’t create a new account.

how can I fix this

Yes have tried logging in with work email and still doesn’t work.

On phone to 150 CS but they don’t know what to do either
