Hi, I tried to sign up to EE perks with my email but it said I already had an account. I clicked reset password and indeed an email to help me reset came through. When I hit the link to reset it won’t allow me to process a reset. I can only assume my account is deactivated. I went on the live chat and the agent said they couldn’t find my account…. But equally I must have one as it won’t let me register a new account! So they gave me an email address to send this on to for help but the email address is returning to me saying it’s undeliverable!! Help!!

Welcome to the community,
I would suggest ringing customer service and speaking to them, but I suspect that you will be able to add the perk, as you need to do this either when you first register or when you upgrade.
