ee Perks deactivated

Hi can you help how can I reactivate my we perks account ? 

when I log in it says deactivated and doesn’t give any option to re-activate I tried to re-sign up but that doesn’t work as it recognises my email address

@GemmaS , I would suggest you ring customer service, they should be able to advise what to do.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
