Hi, I purchased the Samsung galaxy flip 5 phone back in September, I set up a new contract for flip 5 phone and you got a  free Samsung laptop in the offer.  Please could you advise me when will receive my new laptop.

You would need to claim for the Chromebook Go on the Samsung Offers site.
