I had Netflix before I joined EE. I got 3 inclusive extras, one being Netflix so should be included In the price of my sim, but Netflix are going to charge me £14.99 on 4th December, I contacted Netflix who told me to come to EE to cancel it.

Have you set Netflix up as an inclusive extra?

You need to set it up and link it to your account.
