£300 Gift Card

My contract started with EE on 6th November,  I still have not received any details of the £300 gift card.

I have sent several emails, no response, tried to phone constantly on hold, been on the chat they keep telling me they can help and they give me the phone number and email address even though I keep telling no response ..

I wish I'd stayed with O2 , come Kevin Bacon get your finger out?

No other numbers on the account, I have tried emailing and phoning it's ridiculous .

I was with 02 for 15 years moved to EE because of the gift card offer .. very frustrating when you can't speak to anyone now approaching 30 days since my device 😡
