Netflix package

Got Netflix in a bt ee package but no code or information on how to get it no options online nothing

Welcome to the EE Community

If you check your original order confirmation e-mail for your broadband and TV do you see the instructions there to activate? Or if you login to your EE online account and go to the Manage TV and Sport section, do you see the option to activate your Netflix there?
