I have purchased the latest iPhone + Fullworks (for iPhone) plan. Now while I know the plan is bad since it only includes AppleOne + Sports, I was under the impression from speaking to customer support that it would be no problem giving me the Netflix Premium addon.
After all they are all the same price, I'm paying for the most premium package anyway, and it literally makes no difference if its Full Works, or Full Works for iPhone from a functional point of view.
I've gone ahead and purchased the phone under the impression that this can be easily edited later. Now I've got the device, customer support are saying its 'impossible' to give me Netflix premium with an iPhone and the only solution is to cancel the entire contract.
This sounds insane to me. Can anyone shed some light on how to solve this?
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Hi @Greyze
Netflix is only currently available as an inclusive extra on our All Rounder or Full Works plans for Android.
If you would like to discuss your plan, I recommend speaking with our Mobile Care team.

So was I misled then?
Can you explain why Netflix is locked away from iPhone users if you buy a phone plan?
This is not an issue if you buy a Full Works SIM only plan and just use that SIM in an iPhone. Seems like an oversight in this products design??

Hi @Greyze
The Netflix inclusive extra isn't included with the Full Works plan for iPhone. If you feel that you have been misled, I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can look into it for you.
