NHS EE PERKS

Hi. 

It says my account has been deactivated when trying to gain my NHS 20% discount code. 

I've tried to re-register and I've changed my password with no success. I've also called EE. 

Any advice?

Hi

I have a problem with my NHS EE Perk. I have recently upgraded my phone, and when I went to retrieve my perk code, had to reset password, I am then told "account deactivated".  Contacted customer service who have told me to contact my HR Dept.  Surely this is an EE issue?

Hi, could someone please help me with my EE NHS Perks as it is saying it is deactivated too.  I spoke to someone at EE yesterday and they filled a form in on my behalf and said someone would phone back, but I have heard nothing.
