I opted in for Netflix for the mobile packages that I chose. Its taken me a while to get my backside in order, and My contract started in September 2024, but ive only gotten around to looking into the Netflix part of my contract. I did have an activation code, but it has clearly expired, for 2 of the mobile numbers we have. In addition, I chose XBOX games subscription, which again I need an activation code for. Can anyone help?

The respective numbers should have got activation links after the packages were took out, I would give them a try first.
If not, I would go to your EE App and then Add-ons and Inclusive Extras for each of the numbers to check they have been selected or take a look to see if there is an Activate button appearing.
If you go to ee.co.uk/netflix and input the number with Netflix on it (if you remember which one) it should let you activate the Netflix at least. If it doesn't show on one number, it should be on the other.
If none of the above works for you, you may need to give EE a call on 150 so they can remove and add them back again to refresh them or send out new activation links.
