NREAL

Trying to buy a NREAL Air. I haven't got a EE phone number or Internet connection. It seems to be disallowing me to order because I have no account to join. Is this really the case?

Thanks

Yes, you cannot buy an accessory online unless you already have a mobile phone or SIM contract from EE. You are expected to pay for it along with your existing EE mobile Plan. However you may order them from an EE Store, no contract required.

Thanks for your answer, it solved my problem.

FYI. I actually walked into a store yesterday (Croydon Branch). I asked about the NREAL and was met by a blank gaze. Nobody even knew what it was, and was directed to buy from the website. I would have purchased one on the spot if I'd had the chance. Now probably won't bother as the moment has passed.

Any EE Store ought to be able to order them from a Store that stocks them.

Hi there, I'm in the same situation. I would like to buy the headset but don't have an EE account. If I were to get an EE PAYG SIM would that be sufficient?

Thanks

@Kristophz No! You have to have a mobile contract with EE before you can buy them from the EE online shop.

You can however order these from any EE Store & if they don't stock them they will order them in from another store that does via their Sales Plus system.

Hi @XRaySpeX

Thank you for the quick reply, I was hoping to take advantage of the monthly instalments to purchase the headset.

That's a shame, I'll have to give it a miss as well.

Thanks.
