can i add a p5 on to a sim only contract

looking at getting a ps5 on the 11 month contract but currently not on EE. if i got a 1 month sim only contract would i still be able to get the ps5 or is that a waste od £18

@Elliott2910 : No, you need to be on a 24 month mobile contract within its first 17 months .
