Hi 

I’m trying to log-in to request an NHS EE perk code but keep receiving the following error message:

ACCOUNT DEACTIVATED

Your account has been deactivated as your registration was not completed within the allowed time frame.

When I try and register or re-register I get the following error message:

The details provided are already registered for EE Perks.

I’m trying to upgrade and apply the NHS discount code.
