EE perks log in not working

Hi I had an EE perks account when I was with the NHS and I have now moved to a private healthcare place so tried to set up EE perks with my new work email , however it is saying the account already exists but the wrong log info was given . I requested an e mail password reset to both my work and private email address. I have received no email in either and none in my spam folder. I wish to claim the 20% discount on the blue light discount code if possible. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
