HI, I am due an upgrade and want to complete this. Since my last upgrade my NHS email has changed. When I have tried to register my new NHS email address it is saying already an account registered in this name (it’s my old NHS email address that I no longer have access to) can I go ahead with the upgrade and add on the NHS perk? I spoke to a guy at ee that said it may be because my contract isn’t up until June 8th.. or does anyone have any suggestions on how I can register with my new NHS email?
